What's up everyone! I'm back on another P-day, with another email, with some other stories. It's been an alright week not gonna lie. Tough but good as well. We were supposed to have a baptism this week but it sadly didn’t happen. Her name is Olga snd she was super ready but when we brought up her baptism, she told us that she had been attending another church, and that they were giving her and her family "benefits." Definitely an L, she just cant see the big picture for now. We'll just have to keep working with here until she realizes that our church is better than everyone else's. Hahah kidding but I mean, it's true. This week has been pretty tough with my companion for a couple of reasons. I don't really wanna explain everything but I would appreciate your prayers. But the crazy thing is that I only have like 2ish weeks left in this transfer! Crazy. We'll see if I can survive. Kidding it's not that bad but it's pretty tough at times. ...

Hey how's it going guys! Its been a pretty good week over here, pretty busy but good.  First of all we had a baptism this week! Her name is Lia and she's 9 and she's super awesome! I was able to baptize her on Saturday and it was super great. It was so cool to be able to teach her and watch her take this important step in her life. The place I live is super far from where we normally eat lunch, which is lame but it's alright. But anyways, we always see these massive iguanas on our walk and it's so crazy! They are kinda scary because they're so big. I called one of them Mr. Kipling one time but it sadly didn’t answer. They need Ravi to take care of them and Jessie to feed them. Something that's funny here in Peru is that everyone thinks that Hall's cough drops are candy. Like all the Peruvian Elders will just eat them and treat them like candy. And then they'll offer us gringos one and we'll be like nahhh but thanks. It's pretty funny, such an...

What's up everyone how are you all! I'm back again with another weekly email! This week felt pretty fast and we worked a lot! Alright I wanted to give you guys a recap of my area. I'm in the Zone called Castilla, in the area Los Pinos 2. This area is super cool, it's more in the city. Which means no more beach and holy cow it is hot. I have never sweat so much in my entire life. The sun just bakes out here and there's barely any wind. It also doesn't help that our house is literally an oven. It's a pretty nice place, but if we don't have the fan on we are dripping sweat in seconds.  The ward here us huge! There's like 250 people that come to church every week. Which is a lot here especially compared to my last area. I remember one week we had like 95 people a church and it was insane. It's way different here. Also the sacrament meeting room has air conditioning which us super rare, and it's so nice. The members are awesome and they help us so...

Missing: my son

Hello everyone! Holy cow this has been one of the craziest weeks of my life. Let me explain. First of all, Sunday and Monday we were planning a baptism for our friend Cielo! She finally wanted to get baptized and we were able to do it on Monday night. But basically it was just super stressful because she only wanted her family, the bishop, and us missionaries present at her baptism. Which, in reality, is not really a problem at all but for some reason all of the leaders in the ward were super against it and bothered by it. Not sure why but it made it all very stressful. Next, on Tuesday, we had transfer calls! They assigned me to be a trainer in a new area called Los Pinos 2! I was super excited, and also a little nervous to train. So on Wednesday, we had my final day in Puerto Paita, my birthplace. It was a great day! Definitely gonna miss the area and all the people there! But excited to start in a new area! Thursday morning we woke up at like 4:45 AM to go to our new areas,...
