Elder Spangler - PERU PIURA Mission

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well! I'm back after another week here in Peru! It's been crazy. I don't have a lot of time but I wanted to update you guys! To start things off, we had transfers this week! And I did it this time guys, I actually did it. I'm officially training! After losing my first son and getting scammed by the mission president (kidding), I'm back where I was before. But it's been awesome! My new companion's name is Elder Webster and he's great! He's from Utah which is sweet. I finally got a gringo comp and it's awesome, very different experience for sure. But I'm enjoying life right now and I think this will be a fun transfer.  Anyway, I feel like I'm really just getting the hang of things here in Peru, and time is going by kind of fast, which is a little sad actually. Hey everyone! It's been a while! How are you guys? Sorry I didn’t send an email last week. I had like no time and also not a ton to talk about. But this week I made sure to send one. Anyways let's get into the good stuff. Wow I just started craving Oh's cereal really bad for no reason. Last week we went to a city called Catacaos. It's like a super touristy city where they sell just a bunch of souvenirs and little cool Peruvian things. It was super cool. I swear I could go there every week and just buy so much stuff. But I got some cool little things, nothing too crazy. I'm definitely gonna go there at the end of my mission and just load up on little Peruvian knick knacks. This week I had exchanges with my old MTC comp Elder Evans! It was super fun and good to catch up on the good old days. We had some good lessons and had fun. We also got some sushi for dinner which was delicious. Especially because I hadn't eaten it since I was home. Good stuff. Thanks to those...
