Second email

Hey guys! My second email is here, and I will probably name all my emails by number in case you're wondering. On Wednesday I finally got finished the home MTC and I'm now at the in-person training center. It was definitely really hard to say good-bye to my family but I'm very glad to be here. It's super exciting! Meeting my district in person was so awesome. They are all so cool and fun to be around. Today was my fifth day here and it's been really fun so far.

Friday was my p-day and it was a great day. We played a lot of basketball which was a great time. We also got to go to the temple as a district and do baptisms for the dead. It was such a great experience and the spirit was so strong. It was my first time doing baptisms since receiving the Melchizedek priesthood, so I got to do some of the confirmations. It was so cool to be a part of that. I'm so grateful for the temple and I know that we receive blessings when we spend more time there.

I've been practicing my Spanish a lot and it is definitely improving. Next Friday we will start speaking only Spanish including all of my classes and any interactions. I'm a little nervous but also excited because I know that's one of the best ways to learn the language. I'm learning a ton of new words every day and its really fun.

I found out that my companion Elder Evans just got his Visa for Peru so that's exciting. They said they're still waiting on mine so hopefully it gets approved soon. But if I get reassigned I have faith that the Lord knows the best thing for me, and whatever happens, I know it's where I'm supposed to go.

We've been talking a lot about how the gathering of Israel is the most important work on the earth today. It's so cool to me to get to be a part of that for the next 2 years. You guys can be part of it too so don't be afraid to share your testimony with others. Anyways sorry for sending this email a little late but I love you guys!
